LanaCare is the working name of a residential cleaning service serving Greater Montréal. This policy explains how information provided through our website is handled. A request for a cleaning appointment is not a confirmed booking.
What we collect
When you request a cleaning estimate or preferred arrival time, you may provide your name, email address, optional phone number, postal code, details of the residence and requested services, preferred dates and times, and any notes you choose to include. We also process essential technical information needed to operate and protect the form.
Why we use this information
We use these details to review your cleaning request, calculate an estimate, determine whether we can accommodate your preferred time, communicate with you, and protect the form from misuse. We do not treat submitting a cleaning request as consent to receive unrelated marketing.
Services that process information
The website is hosted on Vercel. Cleaning requests are submitted to Formspree for form processing and notification, then delivered to our Gmail mailbox for customer correspondence. These providers may process or store information outside Québec or Canada. Their own policies and retention practices also apply.
Website preferences and attribution
The website may use session storage to keep referral information such as UTM parameters or a Google Ads click identifier during a visit. If you give optional consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure page views, telephone-link clicks and successfully submitted cleaning requests. Google may set analytics cookies and process technical usage data outside Québec or Canada. We do not send your name, email, phone number, postal code or request notes to Analytics. Analytics is not loaded before you consent. You can withdraw consent using Cookie settings; the website remains usable when you decline.
Retention and security
We limit access to received requests and keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to manage inquiries, meet applicable legal obligations and address disputes. Messages may remain in our mailbox or our form provider’s systems until deleted. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your privacy choices
You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw consent where applicable, ask about retention, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Legal exceptions may apply to some requests.
